One Sure Way to Experience More Joy

A very simple way to experience more joy is to fully engage with the joy in the moment, with no clinging or attachment.  Don't think about it, just experience it.  When we try to hold on to our moments of joy we are creating tension, suffering, and stress. This grasping and trying to hold on to things does nothing to extend our joy and in fact does just the opposite - it diminishes the joy we feel.
