What can you do?

Do what you can.  Say a prayer, share the message, whatever -  please just do what you can to make this a more caring world.

Thank you Diane.

p.s. You can go to http://www.richgerman.com/mypfreebook/ and donate as little as $2 to help homeless children and get a digital copy of 'Monetize Your Passion'.  You'll help the homeless and yourself in one step.

p.s.s. You always help yourself when you help others.

Caring, Bodhisattva, Compassion.

  1. Do what you can. It's true. People don't do anything because they think it isn't enough. Even a little bit is enough though. Do what you can.

  2. Homelessness bothers me so, in a country of plenty we have those who have slipped through the cracks and have no sense of safety or when their next meal will be eaten. Yet, looking at the picture I see compassion. To know you have nothing permanent yet will take what you have to provide for two dogs is more than most will do.

  3. Thanks for spreading the word on World Metta Prayer Day.

  4. I had a former student die of asthma earlier this year, and access to medical care definitely contributed. And, recently, I saw a coffee can at the gas station, collecting money to help her parents pay for her funeral. It's easy to feel angry and powerless when such things happen, but, ultimately, it filled me with more conviction to keep doing the things I do. I might not be able to change the world, but little actions can still have big results.

  5. All you can do is your part. Trying to change the world in leaps and bounds will only fail. Rome wasn't built in a day, need to start somewhere. A difference in one persons life could change the world!
